“Zita, Keeper of Infinitely Lost Keys”, this little Backseat Saint Angel has your back. Zita came to be in my life back in the 1970s, whenever my car keys disappeared, which was often, my Grandmother said it was because my Guardian Angel was protecting me from something. That was not the answer a 16 year old girl wanted to hear when she knew she was meant to be on the road with the top down and her long locks blowing in the wind or rushing out to a Friday night football game. Now, I think back to all the times I have thought of Zita in my life and the lives of friends and family, she had kept each of us safe by slowing us down.

“Zita”, is one in a series called "Backseat Angels” This 9x12, original painting, 140# watercolor paper, comes packaged for protection in a 11x14 white, single mat, with backing and sleeve. My paints and embellishments are of the highest archival quality to ensure the longevity of this work of art for years to come.
